Why choose Everything Beautiful Artisan Soaps? 

Did you know that the average commercial bar of “soap” isn’t actually real soap? It is detergent, filled with chemicals! Our handcrafted artisan soaps are made with more natural and nourishing ingredients making them healthier for the skin and incredibly moisturizing! Our soaps are not only luxurious in quality but in appearance as well, varying from simple to elegant designs… so they don’t just feel good, they look good too!

How do I make my soap last longer in the shower/bath? Mine is turning to mush!

When using the soap, to make the soap have a longer life, use a soap dish with drainage holes on the bottom or do not allow soap bar to sit in water.

How should I store my soaps and other products?

Everything Beautiful Soap products should be kept in their packaging and stored in a cool, dark and dry location until being used. 

Is there lye in your soap?

No, our finished soaps do NOT lye! This being said, you can’t have a bar of soap that didn’t contain lye in the process of making it. Lye reacts with the oils and butters through a chemical process called saponification and the result is soap. Our soaps are completely safe to use and much more natural than your commercial bars of soap!

Are your soaps vegan?

Not all of our soaps are vegan as some contain milk products.  These milk products such as goat's milk, offer extremely nourishing, skin loving benefits that make our soaps even more luxurious!! We do have vegan options which are made without any animal byproducts (i.e milk) & contain all natural, high quality essential oils! All vegan products will be clearly stated in description.

I'm allergic to fragrance - Do you have any soap for me?
Yes, if you have allergies to fragrance, then we suggest you either select one of our soaps using all natural essential oils or an unscented soap. All products containing strictly essential oils will be clearly started in the description. 

I have sensitive skin and can't use most soaps. Will I be able to use yours?
Yes, most likely you will be able to use Everything Beautiful Soap's as they are incredibly gentle. Most commercial soaps aren't actually real soap. They are detergents, filled with chemicals that often cause skin reactions. Our handcrafted artisan soaps are made with more natural and nourishing ingredients making them healthier for the skin and incredibly moisturizing! If you have extremely sensitive skin then the unscented soap may be the best option for you.

How is my order shipped?

We currently only sell within Canada so all orders are shipped with Canada Post.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for us process your order. Once shipped, if using standard shipping, you can expect your order in 3-9 business days. Express shipping is available to some locations and if selected at checkout, once shipped, you can expect your order in 1-2 business. Please remember weekends and holidays are not counted as a business day.

How much will I have to pay in shipping?

Shipping rates are determined in checkout and are based on location and weight of products selected. 

Express	0kg–2kg	1 to 2 business days	$21.90 CAD
Standard	0kg–2kg	3 to 9 business days	$14.90 CAD
Standard	2kg–30kg	3 to 9 business days	$21.90 CAD

Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping! 

We also offer $5 local delivery for the following cities; Kitchener, Waterloo, Fergus, & Elora! 

I live in one of the cities eligible for $5 local delivery but it's not showing up in check out, what do I do? 

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the listed steps to complete you order and receive local delivery:

2. Fill out the form with your phone number, email, and a message containing the products you are wanting to order, along with your address.

We will respond with confirmation and your order will be personally delivered by the Everything Beautiful Team within 1-3 days. You will be notified with estimated delivery time & delivery confirmation. If order is processed through the contact form, payment must be made by e-transfer.
