Shipping Policy

We currently only sell within Canada but hope to offer to the United States at some point. Please feel free to contact us if you're interested in purchasing our products but are located the US so we can let you know if we can fulfill your order in the future.

 Processing time typically takes 3-5 business days but during times where we have higher volume of orders (i.e. new launch/releases) it may take longer, we will try to post on the home page if a longer processing time can be expected. Once shipped you can expect your order within approximately 3-9 business days. We cannot control delays once out of our hands so please be patient and reach out if you have not received your order after 14+ days. 

Shipping rates are determined in checkout and are based on location and weight of products selected.

Standard	0kg–2kg	3 to 9 business days	$14.90 CAD
Standard	2kg–30kg	3 to 9 business days	$21.90 CAD

Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping! 

We also offer $5 local delivery for the following cities; Kitchener, Waterloo, Fergus, & Elora!  

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons. Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final.

If you are entirely dissatisfied with our product(s), feel free to contact us as we may offer refunds. In the event your receive damaged products, photo proof of damage will be required for full refund or exchange.

Refunds are determined on an individual basis. We do not refund due to personal dislike of smell, feel, or design. Please keep in mind that everyone's sense of smell is different therefore scents may be perceived differently per person.  We do our best to describe the scents based on the fragrance and/or essential oils used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. Here at Everything Beautiful Soap, we make all products in small batches to ensure quality over quantity, therefore design may vary.
